Regulatory Compliance
Marcus' primary duties are related to managing regulatory compliance procedures at Hirschhorn + Young Graphics. He works directly with project managers, packaging designers, and production professionals to ensure packages are compliant and applicable to current industry and government standards. Marcus also evaluates and compares global regulatory compliance procedures on packages for cosmetics, OTC/drugs, supplements, and other consumer product packaging.
Before joining H + Y, Marcus was a creative director in the dietary supplement and OTC industry, where he gained knowledge of global regulations, package design and prepress production. His experience with labeling regulations assures FDA and FTC graphic regulations are current and accurate. His proven achievements and extensive expertise as a Graphic Regulatory Specialist will guarantee your package is compliant for any market.
Marcus studied Commercial Art at Millersville University in Pennsylvania, where he graduated and received "Graphic Designer of the Year" honors.
